Purpose:  The Program on the Governance of Emerging Technologies at the Stanford Cyber Policy Center is convening the fourth of its Roundtable series in Seoul.

Participants are welcome to discuss and/or present on their current or previous work related to the Roundtable theme. All proceedings will be conducted in English.
